The guys at Automatic Appliance were once again top-notch, this is the third major appliance I’ve purchased from them in a few years and they have always been aces. With every appliance they beat the major box chains price and their delivery was free, installation excellent and take away the old appliance no charge. Absolutely would never go anywhere else for a major appliance. Their delivery install team of Rich and Ramon are the best and a big shout out to Brandon and Matt in sales/scheduling also. Do yourself a favor before you buy an appliance talk to the guys at Automatic, shop local and save money and headaches. If I would have waited to get my Air conditioner at the big box store chain I would have paid more and had a projected delivery date of July 16, LOL. Two days after I ordered it I’m enjoying my air-conditioning!

We had an amazing experience with Automatic Appliance. We had gone to the storeroom to look at appliances pre-pandemic but put off our plans due to the circumstances. When we finally decided to purchase our appliances, we went with a big name store.. bad mistake! The day before they were supposed to be delivered we got a call saying everything we ordered (4 appliances!) were back ordered until July!! We immediately called Automatic Appliance and they got all of our appliances to us in 3 days and matched all the prices we originally paid from the other store. The delivery was seamless. Lesson learned: always go small business! Thank you Automatic Appliance!!

Automatic Appliances is amazing from Start to finish. They worked really hard to get me a refrigerator as soon as possible. I needed a garage ready, which is not a common refrigerator. Brandon was able source one for me immediately. They know their business. I can’t say enough about the gentlemen for delivered my refrigerator yesterday. They couldn’t not have been nicer or more hard working. The place I will go in the future is Automatic appliances.

Absolutely amazing service from finding the best options to delivery and taking away our old refrigerator. I absolutely love every single thing about this store & they had options in stock and delivered to my door within a week that the big stores didn’t have for weeks. Brandon texted me right back and found me options right away. They price match and the prices he gave me beat anything I had already seen. So that felt great to know. The delivery guys- Richie & Ramone are both professional and work quickly. I felt completely safe having an app live delivered and installed during COVID isolation, and I think that is really saying a lot won’t how amazing they are. Also they had free delivery, installation and take away of your old appliances. This beat out any other store I saw! Refrigerator is working great. Honestly truly so thankfully. To have a broken refrigerator in a pandemic is just not fun, but now that we have a new one, I’m feeling over joyed.

We bought a fridge here and it so happened that delivery occurred the day after a big snowstorm. We have an old house and getting the refrigerator in the kitchen eventually required taking four doors off but Richard and Ramon never gave up. They did an excellent job setting everything up!

I purchased a suite of appliances, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave from Automatic Appliance. From the moment I walked in the door to the day my appliances were delivered, these gentlemen were the best! Very patient and helpful in selecting the right appliances to meet our needs. Once our appliances arrived, they held them until our kitchen was ready. The gentlemen who made our delivery were great also. Unpacked, set up and cleaned up! Would definitely recommend Automatic Appliance!!!

When we found Automatic Appliance they were knowledgeable, friendly, worked with in budget. Brandon stayed open for me on a Friday. Cause he knew we were coming in close to closing. Fernando answered all my questions and was so honest!!! We need more stores like this. They are fairly priced and want to help their community!!! Lastly. They even boxed up the washer and packed it in my truck. Full services with Automatic Appliance

I went to this store to get personal informed service about the refrigerator I needed to buy. I’ve looked at some at Home depot and Lowe's but didn’t have enough confidence in their sales people to make a purchase. Between the purchase and delivery. I have nothing but praise for this store. I will go there again if I need any more appliances.
